We offer a range of project options tailored to your team’s interests and skill levels, including custom wood signs, small furniture pieces, cutting boards, and other creative woodworking projects. We can also work with you to create a project that aligns with your company’s values or goals.

Do I need any woodworking experience to participate?
No prior experience is required! Our Team Building Events are suitable for all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced woodworkers. Our instructors provide comprehensive guidance and support throughout the event, ensuring everyone can participate and enjoy the process.

How many people can participate in a Team Building Event?
Our Team Building Events can accommodate groups of various sizes, typically ranging from 6 to 18 participants. For larger groups or special requirements, please contact us to discuss how we can best accommodate your team. Smaller groups are ideal for the wood shop, but we can accommodate larger groups in our Nailed It! classroom.

What types of projects can I make in a Team Building Workshop?
We offer a wide range of projects to choose from, including seasonal décor, home furnishings, holiday decorations, and more. Our Nailed It! Workshops are designed to be flexible so that everyone can work on whatever projects they want to make.

How long does a Team Building Workshop last?
Most workshops typically last between 2-4 hours, depending on the complexity of the projects and the number of participants. This allows plenty of time for instruction, crafting, and socializing.

What is included in the workshop fee?
The event fee includes all materials and supplies needed for your chosen project, use of tools and equipment, and instruction from our experienced team. Pricing varies based on the project selected and the number of participants, allowing for a fully customized experience.​​
 

What should I wear to a Team Building Workshop?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little paint or stain on. Aprons are provided, but it's always best to dress for creativity!​
 

Can we customize the event to fit our team’s needs?
Absolutely! We work closely with each team to tailor the event to your specific goals and preferences. From selecting the project to customizing the schedule and adding special touches, we ensure that your Team Building Event is a unique and memorable experience.​

What safety measures are in place for Team Building Events?
Safety is our top priority. All participants will receive a safety briefing at the start of the event. We provide necessary safety gear, such as safety glasses, apron and hearing protection, and our instructors ensure that all safety protocols are followed when using tools and equipment.​

Yes, we can incorporate your company’s branding or specific themes into the event. Whether you want to include a custom project that reflects your brand or decorate the space to match a particular theme, we’ll work with you to create an event that aligns with your company’s identity.​

 

Can we provide food and drinks during the event?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks to enjoy during the event. We have space available for setting up snacks or refreshments, making it easy to add a social element to your team-building experience. Some limitations apply to bringing alcohol into the Workshop depending on what activities that are planned, so please confirm ahead of time.​
